In-Depth Video on Joel Grimes HDR Backgrounds, Composite Post-Processing, Studio Lighting Setup and Workflow

I realized that my past post about Commercial Photographer Joel Grimes‘s location shoot lighting setups were quite popular so I definitely had to share this rare find. Produced by [FRAMED], this video follows and interviews Joel Grimes throughout his workflow to show us exactly how he does his thing; Although the video is pretty lengthy, it shines a lot of insight on his career path, HDR backgrounds (see around 17:00), post-processing, ethos, and studio lighting setup with his 3 huge octa banks. See for yourself!

Hey Huligar! I am not sure about the octa but maybe try B&H or Adorama if you’re in North-America.
I know Westcott makes a 7 foot umbrella with diffuser for ~100$ and Paul C. Buff make the PLM 7 or 8 foot as well for 80-100$ with diffuser. I know it is not a octabox but it’s another cheaper option if that helps
