Traffic, cars and cement…perfect ingredients for centering yourself with some yoga?! Here’s a urban yoga photo shoot I did a few months back with yoga instructor Mercedes Ngoh. It was a lot of fun and we got lots of looks from pedestrian and drivers in the process ; ) It went really smooth as Mercedes is just amazing and she can perform poses that I don’t dream of achieving, and she did them in total control over and over again.
